3. Disclaimer of Investment Advice

All estimates, calculations, and analyses provided by the Service are based on third-party data sources, user inputs, and algorithmic calculations. These should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making investment decisions.

Users are strongly encouraged to consult with qualified professionals including real estate agents, appraisers, attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors before making any real estate investment decisions.

WiseHomeDeal makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of comparable property data
• The reliability of After Repair Value (ARV) estimates
• The precision of rental income projections
• The correctness of Return on Investment (ROI) calculations
• The validity of deal scores or property ratings

Market conditions change rapidly. Data may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always verify all information independently.

7. Subscription Terms and Billing

Free Tier: Limited access with sample data only.

Paid Subscriptions: Billed monthly. Prices subject to change with 30 days notice. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription tier at any time.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Resell, redistribute, or share access to the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WiseHomeDeal, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
