• Store and retrieve your saved property analyses
• Enforce usage limits based on your subscription tier

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We Share Information With:

Payment Processors: Stripe processes subscription payments. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.

Data Providers: We use RentCast for comparable property data. Property addresses you analyze may be sent to their API for processing.

Cloud Infrastructure: We use Vercel and Supabase for hosting and database services. These providers have access to data stored on their infrastructure.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information:

• Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing
• Data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS
• Database access is restricted and authenticated
• Regular security updates and monitoring

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

WiseHomeDeal is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
